The disappointment of Anyone but You!
Now I have been a girly girl since I was born, and I live for romcoms. Yet everyone can agree that we haven't been gifted with a good romcom for ages. When this movie was announced many older teens and young adults who have watched the 90s and early 2000s romcoms were somewhat thrilled for this new movie. Sydney Sweeney, who everyone mostly knows from the tv show, Euphoria, were very happy to see her in a romcom movie and knowing her acting skills everyone expected an excellent movie. However, for me that was not the case, at the end of the movie I was feeling a great amount of disappointment and underwhelmed. It took me a few weeks to actually watch the movie due to being so busy, yet TikTok had hyped it up to a great amount.
